How effective is the combination of your main product and ancillary texts?

  1. You make some reasonable comments about the products individually but not about them in combination. What, specifically, is there about the poster that reinforces the message of the trailer, and vice-versa. Also, at the end, you say that the "poster and magazine are essentially adverts for the movie". This is not true of the magazine. As a distribution company creating a marketing campaign, you would create the poster (and the trailer) but only be able to TRY to get your film on the cover of a magazine, through your PUBLICITY strategy. You should explain how a distribution company does this.
